Release v0.8.2

v0.8.2 makes the post-v0.8.1 experience fixes a stable baseline. The Spanish edition localizes its reader-facing labels, the home page explains the business outcome more clearly and search strictly follows the selected language.

What changes

  • Localized Spanish navigation and titles, with the controlled English term at first mention.
  • Enlace permanente tooltip in ES and Permanent link in EN.
  • A home value proposition focused on better business decisions.
  • Separate ES/EN indexes, each with 47 root pages and no routes from the other language.
  • Automated controls against localization regressions and mixed-language search.

What does not change

  • Approved authority remains limited to the v0.4.0 core and applicable controlled records.
  • Learning, measurement and patterns remain candidates.
  • PULSE is not presented as scientifically validated.
  • The B2B case remains instrumented and not executed.
  • A stable build does not demonstrate organizational impact.

ADR-027 authorizes the v0.8.2 tag and GitHub Release only on the main SHA that passes every post-merge gate.
