Candidate v0.7.0-rc.1

v0.7.0-rc.1 starts Sprint 5—Decision Quality & Measurement. It closes a declared gap: the portal explained why to measure and learn, but lacked a precise system for decision metrics and separation of expected from observed results.

What it adds

  • Decision Quality guidance separating ex-ante process from outcome;
  • a seven-dimension profile, evidence and blockers;
  • a six-lens Decision Measurement System;
  • contracts, formulas and limits for latency, execution fidelity, learning closure and calibration;
  • Human–AI collaboration criteria;
  • anti-metrics preventing adoption, speed, override or isolated ROI from standing in for value;
  • a YAML Decision Measurement Record with before/after snapshots;
  • ADR-021, sources, claims and reproducible gates.

Critical design decision

There is no universal Decision Health Score. One score would ease benchmarking but could hide critical blockers, mix incomparable decisions and invite gaming. The release keeps a multidimensional profile until real evidence supports weights or benchmarks.

Unchanged boundaries

The foundational core retains authority; the B2B case remains unexecuted; the learning experience remains candidate guidance; instrumentation is not claimed to improve outcomes; the system is not a validated scientific or maturity instrument.

Closure

Javier Forero ratified the candidate on July 21, 2026. PR #8 merged as e84f53a6caaca696a8143a2aab2e7a24e9bdb4e8. PR validation 29862965428, visual/accessibility run 29862965289, post-merge validation 29863235105 and Pages deployment 29863234835 passed. The result is ratified, merged and deployed candidate, not stable v0.7.0, longitudinal validation or impact evidence. No retrospective tag was created.
