Release v0.4.0¶
v0.4.0 is the first stable release of the CDI-BoK foundational core. It promotes v0.4.0-rc.1 after Javier Forero's explicit ratification on July 21, 2026.

What “stable” does not mean¶
Stability describes project governance and publishing status. It does not prove that CDI is a consolidated scientific discipline, the CDI-BoK is a recognized standard, the term CDI originated here, or PULSE has generalizable effectiveness. Research, Practice Lab and assets outside the ratification retain their prior status.
