Release v0.9.0

v0.9.0 promotes the ratified v0.9.0-rc.1 candidate to a stable publication baseline. It freezes a reproducible system for profiling sources, matching claims to compatible evidence and publishing the Decision Intelligence state of the art, PULSE evidence map, future signals and research agenda in Spanish and English.

What becomes stable

  • The evidence-profile schema and its usage boundaries.
  • Traceability among sources, claims, counterevidence and uncertainty.
  • Executable separation among primary sources, discovery aids, incomplete documents and prospective signals.
  • Bilingual Research publication and controlled navigation.
  • Editorial, technical, visual and automated accessibility gates.

What is not elevated

  • The thesis of DI as an emerging integrative field remains provisional.
  • PULSE remains a project synthesis; it is not scientifically validated.
  • Hypotheses, metaphors, patterns and recommendations retain their individual maturity.
  • A stable bundle does not demonstrate effectiveness, adoption, causality or organizational impact.
  • Automated checks do not establish full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.

ADR-029 authorizes the v0.9.0 tag and GitHub Release only on the main SHA that contains this promotion and passes every post-merge gate.
